I've hosted some ppl while living in Rio with my cousin. I believe couchsurfing is still fascinating, despite having some changes lately.

Well, the Völkerschlachtdenkmal in Leipzig is something amazing I've seen. It's totally worth the visit. Moreover, I'd include Costa Rica's Manuel Antonio National Park, Brazil's Iguazu Falls and "Lençóis Maranhenses" as other must go for life.
