Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE In our Peace Corps experiences and other travels, we have always met people who are generous and friendly. The invitations to sleep on their couchs always make the trip a little more interesting and opens a door to the local culture that is often missed while being a tourist.
Music, Movies, and Books
Rich likes old school rap (Beastie Boys) and electronica. Joan likes blues, Lyle Lovett, and the BoDeans. Sci-Fi movies are best. Books - any books (need more time!)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Rich: A night-time scuba dive on a reef in Fij. It was like being in outer space with glowing aliens.
