I am a professor from a small Ozark town and I'm married to the love of my life, Maureen Hall, a retired Doctor of Chiropractic. My passion is music - in particular our folk/americana duo we call "Bliss Hippy". Maureen is also an experienced meditation teacher and energy healer. My mission in life is to live simply and spread joy and happiness, sometimes in unorthodox ways.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am mainly using couch surfing for simple, and sustainable lodging for our musical tours; as a chance to connect with interesting people; and to share our music, healing, and meditation. My wife and I also want to do the same for others like us who are passing through the Ozarks, especially other touring musicians, healers, or meditation practitioners. (But, all open-minded good-hearted folks are welcome!)

Interests

My main interests are music and the outdoors. My wife and I play music semi-professionally, and we love to spend time outdoors - hiking and floating in the Ozarks. I am also interested in vegan cooking, as my wife and I are both vegans. I am also very interested in sustainability and living simply.
