Because I live close to Disneyland/Anaheim Convention Center... I get many requests for short stays/ on short notice. I will tend to more likely accept you if your from the South, East Coast or a foreign Country I would like to travel to, rather then people who are on west coast. Also, my place is medium size, I can accept no more then 1-2 people. No families with children.
