I love to go places I haven't been and meet people I haven't met! It's always more fun to stay with great people when on the road, and the CS community has a lot of great people in it! When at home, it's a thrill to show folks what our corner of the world has going on, and we love to make it possible for new friends to get around and see Vermont up close.

I enjoy listening to just about anything musically, and I play in jazz and rock bands as well as classical chamber music and orchestras. Show me some new music that you're into; I'd love to check it out! I'm really enjoying reading essays and short stories lately; it's settling to ruminate with an author on something specific and finite for a while and then move on. As for movies, I'm kind of a sucker for stupid action flicks (crazy plots, gratuitous CGI fights, and invincible protagonists). I like the sometimes goofy, sometimes cerebral stuff too like Jarmusch and Wes Anderson.
