Hi! My name is Rinat. My hometown is Kazan in beautiful Republic of Tatarstan (Russia). I'm a teacher and a graduate student. So, I love studying and teaching languages. Also I have a music degree, so music is a part of my life. My hobbies include snowboarding, BMX and escooters. I have a small collection of books and videogames. There are lots of them. But if I need to choose specific ones, I would say my favourite book is Kafka on the shore by Haruki Murakami, movie - A scene at the sea by Takeshi Kitano. I love Tchaikovsky's operas and my favourite band is Crystal Castles.

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was a student, I spent a semester in the US, which was a very influential experience for me. The second time I visited the US as a teacher of Russian.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would enjoy telling about Russian culture as well as providing Russian language practice. I would love to be a host next time they come to visit my hometown. And of course, I will bring some souvenirs=).
