To learn Spanish and learn from as many people and places as possible along the way.

ABOUT ME

I am currently traveling around South America while I learn Spanish, and find where and how I can be of use. I was teaching English in Trujillo, Peru for a few months, and am now helping out in a small village general store in southern Ecuador.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone has a story that has been informed and formed by their context and history, both at personal and social levels. Encountering these similarities and differences is how we learn to be in the world together, with love, and the beginnings of understanding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I have been a member for sometime, I have only just started participating actively. My first experiences as a couchsurfer have been incredible. This is truly an inspiring community. I am looking forward to many more beautiful encounters.
