My name is Robert Garschagen and I'm 19 years old. I come from a small town in the Netherlands near Utrecht. I come from a family of 4. I also have a dog named Coco. I'm a nice social guy, who is always interested in others. In the beginning I'm mostly a little bit shy but when I'm comfortable somewhere, I completly open up.
Next year I need to make a decision to go study at Technical University Delft or travel for another year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I like meeting new people, and mostly people from different cultures. Besides, I hope people want to meet me, and want to learn some typical dutch things

Interests

I recently spent a lot of time bodyboarding in Byron Bay. I like to do lots of sports. I also like having nice and quitte nights just watching a film.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is Jungle, Eric Clapton and Eminem but I can enjoy every kind of music genre. I love watching movies, so I watched a lot of movies. Dont have a particular favourite movie but I like watching movies from Christopher Nolan.
However I'm not that into reading, but if I have to chose like a genre for books I would chose thrillers, adventure, fiction and history.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Im now travelling through Australia on my own. Before I started my trip it was kinda exciting and it all was new for me. But now I'm completly comfortable with travelling and I love it. I'm planning on going to Bali and to China further more.v
