I love the people on Couchsurfing, their personalities shine through. It looks like a wonderful way to meet other travellers. I am now retired and keen to see more, do more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in the Kootenays in BC, on the Slocan River, so a bit rural for anyone without wheels. My sidekick is an awesome little Jack Russell terrier named Harley who loves everyone! My 1 acre property is not fenced. - not uncommon to have elk, deer, coyotes, bear, etc. wandering through.
