About Me
Hi!
If you want to stay with me just send me a nice and personal message :)
Please be sure that you have read my profile completely before asking to stay :)
Not accepting any requests more than a month ahead. This is kind of sad, but there were a couple of cases now, where there was a last minute cancellation and I would like to not block my couch as well as my schedule for cases like that.
Oh, and I don’t want to host for longer than a few days.
There is a keyword somewhere here. Please mention it in your request, otherwise I am tended to decline immediately.
Me and my wife Anya are kind of addicted to travelling, adventures and maybe hitchhiking or hiking itself.
Getting in touch with people you won’t meet in your normal everyday life, learning about other cuisines, cultures and mindsets is pretty important to me. You never stop learning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet new people, I like to have people around.
In my opinion it is the best way to travel, I get to know the place I travel to more personal.
The more experience I gained in Couchsurfing, the more reasons I have to continue. The people who stayed here were so different, the situations, conversations and activities caused by that were all special and memorable in their own way.
Interests
I like to do sports, many different sports like dirt biking, sailing, football, squash, badminton or skiing...
Music also is a big part of my life, even though I don't really make music anymore.
I try to travel a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books
Nearly all kind of music. I am kind of addicted.
I love Tarantino, Guy Ritchie and the Grand Budapest Hotel. But there are a lot of very good movies.
The books I like most are written by Marc-Uwe Kling, a german author and the series Bartimäus by Jonathan Stroud.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking. I did it alone and with friends and family and my wife. Over the years I covered around 61k km and met a lot of people. There are so many different experiences I made. I can’t find the words to describe how much impact that had and has on me.
Please mention „schwebflieg“ in your request.
What I Can Share with Hosts
