About Me

I'm a nature lover and an entusiastic traveler. I'm studying my lasts semesters at university and I don't really know what to when I finish, but who does right? I've been researching on enviromental problems from my country and trying to find ways to solve them. I'm also eager to finish my degree because I'll love to travel again to foriegn places but now for an undefined period of time.

Last year I backpacked Southeast Asia, this year I've been focused on getting different certificates while traveling in my own country. I already did the first scubadiving certificate and I have the next level on mind, and I'm planning to do one in skydiving, apparently I'm growing an addiction on adrenaline.

I'd travel to anyplace that is surrounded by nature, especially if there is ocean nearby.

I would describe myself as an outgoing person, I love talking to people I just get to know, especially when you can see that they are talking about a topic they are passionate about. I'm an open minded person, seems weird how when you are on the road it's easier to say yes to new experiences, I may describe it as the reason people love to travel, getting outside of your confort zone really gets to know yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the real experience of traveling is getting to know other people, their culture and beliefs. I believe that you need to give so you can have back.

Through my experience I've found that couchsurfers are people that is worth getting to know, this community is full of people that think outside of the box. A CS will always have something to teach you, it doesnt matter if you are a host or a surfer, you can always learn something from people you meet here. Also, meeting CSs is the best way to get motivated to travel, to learn options and things to do in different places.

Interests

I love nature, I actually would like to learn better to surf, one of my goals is to get a licence for skydiving.
I'm very interested in alternative energies, and how to avoid fuel combustion. I love sightseeing and would like to visit diferent kind of spiritual temples. I'm into people willing to share their thoughts and experiences, I'll think that will nurture my skills and knowledge.
I would also have to say I'm into new flavours and kinds of food, so if its not that health risky and adapts to budget I will definitly try it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Somehow I'm not that entusiathic reader, but I actually love art, not into post modern one. I love watching movies, specially the ones that have topics that actually matter.
About music Im more into electronic, relaxing beats, I love reggea, I actually had the whole Bob Marley discography.
But I can say I have different kinds of taste in music depending on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I learned how to ride motorbike in Bali, rode in the middle of the night, raining, with fog and with no many clothes in a zig zag road.

Scubadive for the first time on a shipwreck and completely loved it, now I'm planning to pro!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach spanish, maths, chemistry, phisics, how to fix a car, not the whole thing but I had to fix my own from a mayor engine problem. I have also fixed several problems in my house, I can say I'm kind of a handyman, if its not that much time consuming don't hesitate in asking. I've worked as baker so I can teach you how to make different kinds of bread.

I would like to learn how to surf properly, one of my dreams is to get a tube done. I would love to get backpacker tips in every matter needed. If you are into world changing I may also have a very extense talk about it.

I could also say I'm an adrenaline junky, so if it's something that will not end my journey I'll may do it, I would love to skydive or go bungy jumping.

I also love diving, if you are into it we will definetly talk about it, and probably go diving.
