One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most incredible things I've done is move abroad to Brazil to pursue a BA in International Relations just after turning 18. This bold step marked the beginning of my journey as an avid traveler and lifelong learner. Another unforgettable experience was visiting six Latin American countries in just one week, embracing the diverse cultures and landscapes of our vibrant continent.
I've also embarked on a unique culinary adventure, traveling abroad for four days solely to savor the local cuisine—a true feast for the senses. Additionally, I had the privilege of guiding 20 foreigners in a city that wasn't my own, turning an unfamiliar place into a shared discovery of hidden gems and local stories. Many of these travels were undertaken as a volunteer, deepening my connection to the communities I visited and enriching my experiences through meaningful contributions.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am essentially a nerd, so there's always a fascinating topic to dive into and discuss. Formally trained to teach languages, I can help you enhance your linguistic skills and explore the nuances of different tongues. Having worked in the immigration area, I have a treasure trove of stories to share about diverse cultures and human experiences.
I'm always eager to learn new things and embrace new adventures, and I find immense joy in passing on what I've learned to others. Additionally, I'm a good cook, and I would love to share some delicious recipes and culinary techniques with you. Whether it's through conversation, teaching, or sharing a meal, there's always something exciting we can explore together!
What I Can Share with Hosts
As your guest, I bring a spirit of optimism and a genuine desire to create good memories together. I'm always happy to lend a hand with cleaning and cooking, ensuring that our shared space is comfortable and inviting. Beyond that, I offer engaging conversations and perhaps a bit of gossip to keep things lively. Let's share stories, laugh together, and make the most of every moment, creating a warm and memorable experience for both of us.
