Hello everybody!

I´m Rosalie and in the Gallery you can see pictures from my boyfriend. We live together in a small town near Lörrach. The years before we lifed in Berlin and had a good time there. In September 2017 we quit our Jobs and our Apartment, packed our backpacks and startet a journey through 12 Countries. It was the best decision we made in our whole life. We met people from around the world and we made friends. While we were traveling we decided to host Surfers when we have a new apartment.

Both of us like sports, but different ones. Robert loves football (soccer for our British guys =D) and I like stuff like Climbing, Hiking, Yoga and Muai Thay I like to do outdoor Stuff like camping but I´m afraid of spiders (funny thing when you know I´m a lot outside in the forests). Robert is not the camping person but sometimes he comes with me and we are doing hikes together.

Anyways I got a lot of hobbys, I´m a kreative person so I love to paint and to draw, I like photography and I love to write. I like reading books, Comics and Mangas. If you come to our apartment you will see a little collection.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We started couchsurfing for our 13 month adventure and we loved the experience we made! We had no much money so this platform was the best we could do!

Music:
We like rock Music, posthardcore, punk and pop punk, but since we are traveling through southamerica we love Latinmusic like reggaeton and latin pop.

Movies:
I love fantasy and scinece fiction but nothing with horror, my boyfriend loves horror movies.
We love series like Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and Vikings.
And I love Animes like Durarara, D. Gray-Man and Gangsta.

Books:
Robert mostly don´t read books, but I do. I read books like The Song of Ice and Fire, Harry Potter, Hunger Games. And Comics like The Walking Dead, Saga, Waisen and Mangas like Gangsta, Attack on Titan and Hetalia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

quitting our jobs and start backpacking through 12 countries. We traveled 395 days and visited in this time Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Florida, London, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Singapore! This was the best Adventure we ever had! Things we have done while traveling:

* Hitchhiking in Chile! We hitchhiked more than 1000 KM and had more than 18 rideshares! It was awesome!
* Visiting Villa Epecuen in Argentina. It was a thing to do on my Bucketlist!
* taking a Cargoship from Yurimaguas to Iquitos and driving over some arms from the Amazon! Again a thing to do on my Bucketlist
* Climbing down a 30 m Waterfall in Salento, Colombia
* driving the Ha Giang Loop! What a Nature and beautiful Landscapes!
