Je suis une humaine relativement simple qui aime faire de la randonner, discuter, partager des moments. Le matin. Avec un café.
J'ai fait mes études en sciences infirmière et poursuit une spécialisation en Santé Mondiale ainsi qu'en Art Thérapie. Pour moi, le prendre soin s'imbrique dans un large continuum du "bien être" et l'art est un merveilleux moyen pour y cheminer.
