About Me

Hi! I'm Sabrina and these three following facts pretty much explain who I am:

1.I'm currently studying in communication so I'm pretty open and love to learn about what's going on in the world. I'm really interested in medias, news, etc,...

2. I love art, I couldn't see a world without it. Music is so important to me, it's my whole life (by the way I'm currently trying to start my own music blog! Even if I fail, my mistakes will make me learn so much).

3. I want to travel the world! The culture, the landscapes, the people: love it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet new people who can recommend places and share their experience! For me, it's an amazing way to discover the world, way way better than hotels.

Interests

-I love music, photography, fashion, blogging, cooking, traveling...a lot of stuff basically!
-I'm a vegetarian (actually pescetarian, means I eat fish) and I love discovering new foods. Eating plant based food is NOT boring, it's so damn good.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
I petty much like any type of music but here are my favorite artists:
Bon Iver
Milk&Bone
Jean Leloup
David Giguère
Tame Impala
Alvvays
J.Viewz
Radiohead
Half Moon Run
Coldplay
etc,etc,etc!

BOOKS
On the Road, The Artist's Way and some french books. I actually enjoyed Clockwork Orange too even If cringed at all this violence. I'm currently trying to read some Hemingway but I don't really know if I like it that much (although, I feel like everyone should read at least one of his books).

MOVIES
One of my favorite directors is Christopher Nolan (Memento, Inception,...), I also love Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind: it's original, unpredictable and unforgettable...you must see it (you might think it's boring at first, but it isn't).

TV
Friends, How I Met Your Mother, How to Get Away with Murder, New Girl, Suits, Série Noire, Bates Motel, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Dexter, ...
(Netflix is the best).

Teach, Learn, Share

TEACH
-I could technically teach French but it would take me years to learn someone this language! Even French speakers find it hard (especially the writing, it has a lot of weird rules).

LEARN
-Anything about the culture of your country or city! It fascinates me how every country is so different, but we still keep thinking that what we're doing everyday must be the same for everybody (it's not!)
-I would LOVE to know how to produce a song. With the right equipment (aka not garageband), I think I could (maybe) be good, or at least have fun with it!
-I would also like to learn how to code, I'm already trying to understand what is HTML, CSS and all that stuff, but I can't say I really know anything useful about it at this point.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can play a little guitar and sing! Don't expect anything, really, I just do it for fun! When I was younger, I played violin for 9 years and piano for 4 years...but now it's self-learn guitar and singing!
