Sahin Keskin has graduated from the University of Ataturk in the department of International Relations in Turkey. He has also finished his master education in the University of Dokuz Eylul University in the European Studies. His Master thesis topic is related to Euromaidan Movement. He is a president of 2023 Centre for Strategic Anaylsis which is one of the leading Turkish based on research portals about international relations in Turkey and he is editor of Strategic Outlook. He speaks English and Russian, Ukrainian but basic level.
