Overview
About Me
A Palestinian writer, researcher, and creator based in London. Passionate about unlearning and decolonizing language and education, always curious to explore new ideas and perspectives. I love books, music, and deep conversations—whether over a cozy hangout or a walk through Putney Heath. Cooking is one of my favorite ways to connect with people, especially through Palestinian and Mediterranean flavors. Hosting and sharing stories is something I truly enjoy, so if you’re up for good food, great conversations, and a warm, welcoming space, you’re in the right place!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music, movies, and books are a huge part of my life. I have a soft spot for house music, but I also love the depth of jazz and the nostalgia of old Arabic songs. When it comes to books, I’m drawn to poetry, literature, and history—stories that make you think and feel deeply. As for movies, I enjoy classics like The Godfather and thought-provoking films like The Shawshank Redemption. Whether it’s a great song, a powerful film, or a book that lingers in your mind, I’m always up for sharing recommendations and discovering new favorites!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
once cooked a giant Palestinian Maqluba for 100 people in the middle of the desert! It was an unforgettable experience—gathering around the fire, flipping the pot, and sharing a meal under the open sky. There’s something magical about cooking for a big group, especially in such a breathtaking setting. Food brings people together, and that night, it felt like we were one big family.
