About Me

Greetings and welcome to my Couchsurfing bio! I'm a lover of travel and exploration, and I believe that meeting people from all walks of life is one of the greatest joys in life. As an easygoing and fun-loving person, I enjoy learning from others and gaining a broader perspective on the world.

In addition to my passion for travel, I am also deeply committed to living a sustainable and minimalistic lifestyle. As a vegan, I strive to maintain my dietary habits even while on the road. When I'm not adventuring, you can find me leading yoga classes or engaging in various physical activities such as swimming, running, cycling, strength training, trekking, climbing, and skiing.

I previously owned a trekking startup in Bangalore, but have recently shifted my focus to the practice and teaching of yoga. I would be delighted to share my love for this ancient practice with you and perhaps even practice together when we meet.

Ultimately, my philosophy on life is to live contentedly and with an open heart, embracing all that the world has to offer. I look forward to meeting you and sharing in the joys of travel and exploration. Peace and love to you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that one of the most important aspects of any journey is connecting with the local people and immersing oneself in their way of life. That's why I've turned to Couchsurfing – to meet amazing people, hear their incredible stories, and share in their delicious cuisine.

For me, the beauty of travel lies in the connections we make along the way. I believe that there are some people we are destined to meet in this world, and Couchsurfing provides the perfect platform for those serendipitous encounters. Whether we're sharing a meal together or exploring a new city, I'm eager to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from their unique perspectives.

Of course, I have plenty to offer as well. I'm happy to share my own stories, insights, and tips for traveling on a budget. And as a lover of local cuisine, I'm always excited to whip up a delicious meal or try out a new recipe together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am excited to share my passion for adventure with you through my Couchsurfing profile. As someone who has turned their love for adventure into a career by running an adventure company, I'm always up for a challenge and eager to explore new horizons

I've had the privilege of experiencing some incredible journeys, including a 6,367 KM ride across India on my trusty Pushpak (Bullet). From the southern tip of India to the west coast, up to the northernmost point and back down to the central part of the country, I covered it all in 25 days.

But my adventures don't stop there. I've also completed a 10 KM swim, cycled 2900 KMS from Kashmir to Goa, and even completed four half triathlons and a full marathon.

Of course, it's not just about the accomplishments – it's about the experiences and the people we meet along the way. Whether we're exploring new places or pushing ourselves to new limits, there's always something exciting waiting just around the corner.

Teach, Learn, Share

Here are three things I can offer as your host or your guest:

Yoga: Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, I would love to guide you through a rejuvenating yoga practice. We can practice together or I can provide instruction, whatever works best for you.

Dosa chutney: Food is one of the most delicious ways to explore a new culture. I'd be thrilled to share my recipe for delicious dosa chutney, a traditional Indian dish that's sure to tantalize your taste buds. And let me tell you that this recipe is from extreme South of India but my roots are from extreme North of India.

Stories of 'Cycling from Kashmir to Kanyakumari': As an cyclist, I have cycled the length of India from the northernmost point to the southernmost point. I can share my tips and tricks with you, and even join you on a scenic ride if you're up for it!

Of course, Couchsurfing is about more than just what we can teach each other. It's about building connections and sharing our love and care for one another. I'm eager to learn more about your place and your unique perspective on the world. Let's explore together and spread positivity wherever we go!

What I Can Share with Hosts

First and foremost, I love to cook and Iove making delicious meals for those around me. Whether it's a local dish or something mom or YouTube tonight me, I'm happy to share my culinary creations with my hosts and make sure that we're all well-fed and satisfied.

In addition to my cooking skills, I also have a strong interest in financial education. If you're interested in learning more about how money works and the impact it can have on our lives, I'm happy to engage in meaningful discussions about financial freedom and how we can all work towards achieving it.

Finally, I love sharing life-changing stories from my travels. Whether it's an inspiring encounter with a local or a challenging trek through the wilderness, I believe that travel has the power to transform our perspectives and enrich our lives in countless ways. I'm always happy to share my stories and hear those of my hosts, as we bond over our shared love for adventure and exploration.
