My name is Sam Allison. I work and live at Sisters Hill Farm in Stanfordville, NY with my wonderful fiancee, Dev. I am originally from New York City, but never liked the fast paced, me-centric attitude many of the individuals who live there have. I love my work and my fiancee. I try to learn something new everyday!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently got engaged and my best man is taking me on a road trip from New York to Denver. I have heard great things about Couchsurfing and I am excited to meet people from the areas where we will be visiting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago I dropped out of college and started working on a farm in the Adirondacks, NY. I fell in love with the work and the lifestyle and have committed my life to making the world a little bit better by starting my own organic farm (a couple of years from now) with my fiancee.
