I'm a born and raised Vermonter. I have experience backpacking and trail building, some traveling and living abroad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing for two reasons. One, the more immediate reason, is because I'm planning a trip to Europe this summer and want to start getting positive feedback to help me with my own Couchsurfing efforts. The other, and the reason why everyone gets involved with Couchsurfing I would imagine, is because I want to be a part of the global community and meet some new people, share some stories, and share my home, my town and my state with anyone who's interested in it.

Interests

I'm interested in art in all its many forms. I'm interested in economics and global politics, and hearing about other countries from the people who have actually lived there. I like hiking and camping, reading and writing. I like my friends' music, going to shows and sometimes just hanging with my cat.
