Who am I? I am pretty freaking awesome! I love to laugh and make others laugh, I try to live in a way that can change the world. I create beautiful things, I am constantly inspired and inspiring. I am curious, strong, witty, smart, nerdy. I am a great cook, a wonderful huger, a delightful dancer. I love to be outside with nature, hiking, biking playing. I love to see music, and be as part of something bigger than myself! I love to interact with new people. I am extremely respectful, genuine and caring.

Looking for the white rabbit, I know that someday, hopefully soon, he'll pass me with his watch and away we'll go... Until then I'm living every moment to the fullest...

And... Studying the prison industrial complex, non-violence, racial healing and equity, popular education, social justice, the prison industrial complex, music theory, guit-fiddles, organic gardening, apothecary, creative writing, the prison industrial complex...

And... Dancing as hard as I can as often as I can....

And... Creating a web of community around the world...

And... Preforming the story of "The Sneetches" to as many ears as I can...

All we have in this world is time, time to give to others, time for ourselves. I think in this crazy world we have to meet new and amazing people and share who we are, not our countries or our histories but the now. Do all things with love, be gentle, live gracefully

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Listening, Laughing, Loving, Cooking, dancing, being silly, falling, being shameless, meeting strangers, working with young people, dropping things, relaxing, sleeping, kissing, making an ass out of myself, sending postcards, procrastinating, going through airport security, dancing like no one is looking, making things and stuff and junk... You know all the usual necessities...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went on a road trip around the United States going to every state and couchsurfer the whole way! It was awesome, I got to meet so many new people and be inspired and make new friends.

All food... I love food... mm mm mm... I am one of those organic free-ranged freaks... I like to make my own chai and energy bar thingys, which are always on hand at home...

When I eat out... I like to eat things that I can't make... I'll try anything once, I have no real dietary restrictions, though I won't eat meat if I'm not cooking it... I love sushi, ethiopian, indian, thai, southern cooking... I really just enjoy food in general...

As far as music goes... I love it... I love it live, I love it recorded, I love it on the streets, in a bar, in a venue...

I dig Bluegrass, Old-time, the abstract rock n roll, jazz, jam bands, folk, punk, ska, jam...

I like movies but don't watch them all that often, I really don't like movie theaters, you go with a friend and then have to be quiet and stare forwards in a dark room, and you pay money for it... weird. I love curling up on the couch and watching movies, what a genius way to zone out.
