Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I first heard about Couchsurfing from a friend and loved the idea immediately. For me, it’s not just about finding a place to stay, but about creating connections with people around the world 🤗 I participate in Couchsurfing because I enjoy meeting open-minded people, exchanging ideas, and discovering new cultures through locals rather than being just a tourist.
Music, Movies, and Books
I’m a big fan of Russian literature 📚 — Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky, and Pushkin are among my favorite writers. I never get tired of reading their works. I also love listening to ethnic and world music 🎶, which makes me feel connected to different cultures. Movies are another passion of mine — but I prefer not to watch them alone 😉

I can share my knowledge about different cultures, languages (Turkish, Russian, Azerbaijani, English — and I’m learning German 🇩🇪), and of course my travel experiences 🌍 I’d love to learn more about local traditions, cooking styles 🍳, and personal stories from people I meet. Couchsurfing for me is all about sharing and growing together 🤝
My Interests
📌 Interests ✈️ Traveling is my biggest passion — I need to fly at least twice a month to feel alive. ✨ As a Gold member of Star Alliance, collecting miles is also one of my hobbies. 🎶 I enjoy listening to music, 🎬 watching movies (especially not alone 😉), and 🌍 exploring new places. 📚 Learning languages and 🍳 cooking are part of my daily joy.
