I go to the gym everyday (even though i hate it hahaha) and love playing Basketball, and Table Tennis!
I am completely in love with Snowboarding and I hope to learn how to surf one day too!
I am usually a pretty laid-out kind of guy and enjoy relaxing when possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna try it out and see how it goes! I love talking to new people and getting to know them and sharing and hearing crazy stories!
Maybe soon i'll be able to host someone in Fukuoka after i move from my tiny apartment! Fingers crossed!

Music, Movies, and Books

I absolutely adore Spirited Away and Toy Story and they are definitely my favorite animated movies of all time. The Matrix get's the crown for most amazing movie ever to grace the big screen! I'm a cinephile and i love talking about movies and other geeky stuff!

In terms of books, I don't read that much but of the ones I remember, I had a blast reading The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, Ready Player One, and of course... Harry Potter (I mean... who doesn't?).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is a very hard topic to talk about!

But i guess that an amazing thing i've done is decide out of nowhere that i wanted to live in Japan.
I had just graduated from medical school and yet I wasn't happy because I was never one to take the normal paths in life.

One day, the idea just popped into my head, and I made it happen in less than 24 hours. Yes. In less than 24 hours I already had myself a job lined up and waiting for me in Fukuoka, Japan.

Some people called me crazy but as soon as I got my Visa and documents in order here in Brazil, I went to Japan. Literally on the other side of the world! And it all happened because of one moment of epiphany that came to me while i was watching a Netflix show. If you meet me, you'll be able to officially say you met someone who made a major life decision influenced by Netflix.

I haven't regretted my decision in the least. I absolutely love my time here even though some times there are culture clashes and etc. Japan is an amazing country and a place I recommend for everyone to travel to and get to slowly know!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am not sure what type of thing people usually write here but I can definitely help people who wanna learn English (i'm Brazilian but I speak native English) or Portuguese, of course.

For foreigners I can definitely help out a little bit with their Japanese teaching them simple things that might help them out on their journey and also give some tips on where to go/eat/have fun.

And of course, sharing is caring. I love talking (when i'm not busy with study or work) so sharing life stories or just blabbering about random things is something I am always up for!
