Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I have been traveling I have not been able to host people, but now that I am settled in one place for a bit I would like to pay forward all the kindness that was extended to me. I want to show people just how amazing Newport.
I love traveling and meeting new people. Now that Newport is my home, I want everyone to see how great of a town it is.
My kitchen is vegan-kosher and please ask that you respect that.
Interests
After working for many years in the dive and tourism industry, I have seen the lack of sustainable and eco friendly operators. It led me to revaluate my lifestyle and pushed me to work with only sustainable and eco friendly operators. I hate single use plastic, love to recycle, and think composting is amazing. These changes led me to my current job at Earthly, where we convert food waste into nutrient rich vermicompost, enabling us and our customers to grow organic, pesticide free ANYTHING.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
