Overview
About Me
I go to wide open natural spaces to feel reinvigorated and unburdened.
With good company I am open to trying and doing just about anything.
I love learning. I am hungry for science, history, language, culture, psychology, etc. All of it is delicious.
I'm extremely accepting of food (with a very few specific exceptions). I have no allergies, dietary restrictions or hang ups when it comes to eating. If you will eat it, then so will I.
I'm not religious, but if I had to choose a religion that shares my values it would be Buddhism.
Simple, Elegant, Brilliant: "My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness." - The Dailai Lama
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am traveling around the US and Canada on a year long road trip. During my trip I want to meet new people and keep costs down, so staying with new hosts around the country sounds perfect.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I decided to travel around the country for most of 2017 to see the US and Canada, so I quit my job, moved out of my apartment, put my things in storage and hit the road.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you about the wonders of tea and share with you a good cup of chai.
I have a passion for personal banking and using those skills to make money and have excellent credit. I've collected a lot of "free" money over the past years from our major American banks, and I'm happy to tell interested others how to do the same.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy interesting conversations especially about the local culture and the history. I am an experienced hiker and backpacker. I would be happy to go out day hiking with anyone interested. I'm also a fan of card games and board games, so let's play if that sounds good to you!
