I have spent the last ten years traveling and living in different places and spaces on a quest to understand the purpose of being alive. I finds tremendous nourishment and joy in connecting with the communities and environments I live in and playing with the concepts of conscious living. These explorations have lead me to the path of energy work, yoga, and the pursuit of internal peace.

In 2016 I moved to Salt Spring Island on Canada’s west coast where I served as a karma yogi for two years. Here I studied the concepts of selfless service, intentional community living, and traditional Ashtanga yoga. This experience reconnected me to the idea of sharing space and resources with others. CS'ing allows me to to do this in a real way.
