About Me
One thing about me is that I really don’t like writing about myself so, here goes........ I live in Weymouth with my 11yr old son. I have my own business providing rugby coaching in primary schools and also work part time in an office. I volunteer at a sea cadet unit where I am a uniformed member of staff and the local rugby club where I have just taken over as secretary. I love nature, reading and live music and don’t spend as much time as I would like with any of them so I usually make do with candles and a glass of wine of an evening.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined Couchsurfing to meet new people and share experiences. I like to welcome people to my corner of the world and we are finally starting our own adventure this year.
Interests
When I get time to myself, I do enjoy a good book or movie and I would love to get to the theatre and live music events more. Recently I have really enjoyed learning about learning and would like to further these studies in the future.

Music, Movies, and Books
Wow! Tough one.
Books are probably the easiest. I have 3 trilogies by Robin Hobb, The Farseer Trilogy, The Liveship Traders and The Tawny Man, that I love and have read numerous times but I do like to throw in the odd classic or slushy romance.
Don't think I could pick favourite music. I like almost anything that isn't house, club, trance, rap or Simply Red!
Movies, much like music, depends on my mood. Things like Amistad or A Time to Kill when I want a film to think about, Letters to Julliet or Mamma Mia if I'm in a girly mood or even something like Demolition Man if I need something a bit ridiculous. Still got a lot to see though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Probably making the decision to home-school my son for a time. What a learning curve!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would be really interested to share experiences and cultures with people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
It really depends on the host. For some people it might just be an adult conversation over a glass of wine in the evening.
