Proud Canadian, with roots in India from my maternal grandparents. I'd like to think I'm pretty friendly and outgoing, but like most people I need some solo time to reflect once in a while. I like to be around people who don't take themselves too seriously, and I love having good conversations whether they are lighthearted or thought provoking. The more I type, the more this sounds like a dating profile so I'm going to pump the brakes on this section and move forward.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like most music, major players would be Arcade Fire, Zero 7, The Shins, RAC, Grouplove... really too many to name. I go to Sasquatch Music Festival in Washington whenever I can, that's a pretty good sum-up. I really enjoy reading although I slowed down for a while... love fantasy and science fiction, but I also like heavier material. I love way too many movies to mention, but I'll give a shout out to The Big Lebowski because I feel that it gives an insight into who I am.
