I'm a Canadian currently living in Perth, Scotland. I worked as an engineer for two years on offshore wind farm projects, and was fortunate in the semi-nomadic lifestyle that my work gave me. I travel as much as I can, and try to encourage others to do the same.

My favourite books include The Red Tent- Anita Diamont, Longitude- Dava Sobel, and Hungry, the Stars and Everything- Emma Jane Unsworth. I often have too many books on the go, keeping them by the bed, on my desk, in every backpack, and on my person. Top movies: 12 Angry Men, Home, Eighth Grade. I will listen to almost anything, but try to keep my CanCon high! Mother Mother, The Tragically Hip, Walk off the Earth, Shania Twain, USS.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Cycled from Italy to Austria after a very large Italian pasta and wine meal. Worth it, though I do not recommend.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I would love to share what limited Canadian culture I have! If there is a ukulele present, I can also give the most amateur concert you have ever seen. The set list is three songs, with minimum 4 errors.
