My name is Ilya, I’m 30 years old and I’m from Russia. I’ve been traveling for over 7 years and have visited more than 50 countries. For me, traveling is primarily about people, real communication, and understanding how life works in different parts of the world. Currently, I’m traveling around South America. At the moment, I’ve decided to stay for a while in Bolivia, in Cochabamba, and I can host guests for a short period of time. I’m learning Spanish, but I’m still not very confident speaking it yet. I’m happy to practice and I’m understanding about language barriers. By nature, I’m calm, slightly introverted, and a bit shy. I value personal space, quiet moments, and respectful communication. At the same time, I’m open, friendly, and always happy to meet new people. Instagram: http://instagram.com/Ilia_sardinko Whats App/Telegram: +79063054677

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
For me, Couchsurfing is about people, trust, and real communication. I value meeting locals, exchanging cultures and stories, and building sincere human connections in different parts of the world.
Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy live, authentic music — the genre doesn’t matter as long as it has feeling. In books and films, I’m most drawn to adventure and fantasy, as they inspire imagination and often spark new journeys.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
One day, I left everything behind and started traveling — and I’m still on this journey.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m happy to share travel experience, stories from different countries, and practical knowledge gained over the years on the road.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Help around the house and with daily tasks, respect for house rules, and calm, pleasant communication without being intrusive.
My Interests
I’m interested in travel in all its forms: new countries, small towns, nature, and everyday life in different parts of the world. I enjoy mountains, hiking, the road itself, and traveling at an unhurried pace. I appreciate simple things: camping, nature, local food, quiet places, and changing surroundings. I’m also interested in volunteering and projects that benefit people and the environment.
