I am Saskia, French/Polish girl studying in Vienna!
I love to travel and meet new people from around the world.
I try to look at the bright side of life, enjoy the little things and embrace the whole journey!

This April I will travel with my dear friend Barbara to Sicily. We want to realise a university project while working on organic farms... As we are two very curious girls that love to hike, eat delicious food, share with others and discover places, we also plan on doing that for a month on the east coast of Sicily!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had amazing experiences with couchsurfing, whether hosting or being a host. I met valuables friends, helped out or got helped out... And this is an amazing feeling to be able to share with people precious time, connect with so many different cultures and persons without money talk!
This is very positive way of travelling for me and I always had excellent experiences where both hosts felt that it was a great idea to share their time and place!

Interests

I like to cook (vegetarian but with a lot of butter... Polish roots you know!) meals and desserts from everywhere...
I'm always happy do DANCE and play MUSIC or listen to it!
I feel good with a cosy home full of laughing faces enjoying their time here on this planet.
I love spending time alone as well.
I most particularly appreciate the presence of my caring and funny friends or family.
I can sew and do it quite a lot! I love painting, writing and all sorts of creative activities.
I need nature and mountains to be happy...
I love climbing, hiking, running in mountains pastures, etc. ;)
I need to laugh and don't take life too seriously!
I enjoy sharing about spirituality and personal development.
Through my studies I am also very interested in the possibilities to create an alternative and sustainable food system. I am focusing on the social aspect of agriculture and how we can organise each other better! I am always open to discuss about that and learn about others perspective on the topic :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To say STOP to this crazy rhythm of going to school and university without any break.
I took the break.
Did great things.
And now I study again, and I'm very happy!
