Hey :-) I am coming back to Couchsurfing after ages as I am moving to Bordeaux for a month in August to learn french at Alliance Francaise. I am searching for a place to live during the three weeks I am there. I would love to get to know the city a bit and would appreciate any help in finding a room in Bordeaux. Ofcourse I also would pay rent during the time I am there, as it is quite long :-) About me: I am a cultural and visual anthropologist working in the fields of eduction and culture. My passion is in film, queerfeminism, documentary, arts & anthropology. I also really love to spend time outdoors, love fleamarkets, photography, good food, concerts, theatre and getting to know new places as well as listening to people and their stories. I am also a beginner in surfing, i really love it, so would love to also meet other fellow surfers.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
living is giving, sharing is caring.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
One was hitchhiking with a good friend all the way over Budapest to Istanbul, across serbia, hungary, bulgaria, greece, italy and back home to Germany...because experiences like these increase my faith in the kindness of people everywhere, despite all the shit that is happening in this world. We just came across so many open arms and hearts.
Teach, Learn, Share
What I Can Share With Hosts
i like to share my company, a listening ear & good conversations. i am happy to cook & share meals together and ofcourse, take part in the expenses for that as well.
My Interests
the beauty in small little things: hammocks bonfires with good friends tea with honey and coffee breaks (barfoot) walks without destinations having breakfast when you know the day is long and you have no fixed plans ice cream unexpected surprises sunrises, sunsets and full moon (i mean seriously, there is nothing that simple and beautiful happening out there that still fascinates me every single damn time i look at it) noticing how a place is more and more becoming home when I am somewhere new spring ...
