About Me

This is my first time using CouchSurfing I love to travel and network so I can see as much as possible! I enjoy talking and meeting new people. I enjoy new cultures and making connections with locals. I am a graduate student at the University of Connecticut and I study Natural Resources - Water Resources Management. I studied Forensic Science and Environmental Science at the University of New Haven as an undergraduate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to travel as efficiently as possible so that I can meet people all over the world. I love to learn about new cultures and see new places so I am excited to begin participating in CS! Of course on the flip side, my apartment will soon be open to anyone traveling here, after I am back from my travels. I am halfway between Boston and New York. This summer of 2016 I will be traveling to Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Israel.

Interests

I am avid tennis player and fan, I love hockey, and recently started snowboarding. I enjoy hiking, traveling, and having fun. I enjoy getting a drink and just talking!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I completed a 3,500 mile road trip over 3.5 weeks around the United States driving by myself the whole way. I rarely used the air conditioner to save gas mileage (it was summer time). I visited friends from college at each destination and it was a great experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to teach as much as I can about where I am from and why I enjoy it! I love to learn about anything and everything. I am new to couchsurfing but I hope to share my experiences with new people and have them share their stories with me!
