My mission is to empower people to heal themselves and to spread love and gratitude through water. I am a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, artist, and health coach. I am the founder of Jahmu PBC and cofounder of Newport Community Yoga. I love surfing, hiking, cooking, spearfishing, taking underwater photos, traveling, dancing, meeting new people, learning and playing! I dream big and my dreams come true!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love traveling and meeting new people. I am here to host guests at my home in Newport and/or Block Island.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I am the one surfing in a bikini when everyone else is in wetsuits. I the one hiking barefoot when everyone else is wearing shoes. I am the one dancing when everyone else is standing still. I am the one doing yoga in the airport when everyone else is waiting for the flight. I am the one chancing the shark with my camera when everyone else is swimming towards the boat as fast as they can! I’ve dropped in on some pretty big waves, jumped off some pretty high cliffs, and a lot of other risky things because I’ve never been afraid of death. I look forward to it.
