About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world, meet people with different culture, hope for peace for the whole mankind
ABOUT ME
Born in 1948 (76years old) in PONDICHERRY, a former french colony in southeast India. My wife Vasanda was born in 1952 (72 years) in Ho Chi Minh City (former Saïgon) in Vietnam.
We settled in France in 1970 (more than half a century ago !!!). We're retired public servants from Paris Town Hall and Finance Ministry. Our 3 sons are married and live in the neighbourhood. We have 6 grandsons and one grand-daughter. Our main post retirement occupation is "babysitting", active member in the local senior citizens club, playing Scrabble as a licensed member at the French Federation of Scrabble.
We are very happy to host people from all over the world whatever their gender, age or religion. If you're just looking for free accomodation and not interested in getting to know us, our place is not suitable for you. Otherwise, be sure to be treated as guests who, we hope, will become friends. We have faith in couchsurfing.org and hope to enlarge our circle of friends for mutual benefit in understanding the world in which we live. Peace and love would be our motto even though the formula may sound old fashioned.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is short. Enjoy it.
