Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted lots of travelers and touring bands/musicians, and slept on quite a few couches, floors and backyards in my time.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hate being a tourist, so it's a nice tool to use in order to find out about places where tourists never go... and it's a great way to find people with similar interests. I've only had a couple mildly negative experiences, and far more positive ones.
Interests
Spicy food, tea, good beer, gardening, bicycles, camping, the smell of old books, mixtapes, indigenous cultures, improvised music, fermented foods, feminism, underground music, records.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting the squats of Groningen- a beautiful and inspiring sight. Met lots of great people trying to create a beautiful new world from the rubble of our decaying society. Lots of cute feral squat dogs, three wheeled motorcycles and a mountain of gorgeous Dutch bikes.
