ABOUT ME

I'm a triathlete (swim, bike, run). I'm a curler (it's a winter Olympic sport). I'm an SSI Certified Open Water Diver (as of 23 August 2011).I want to see the world!!Past travel:- New Zealand (at age 13)- Finger Lakes, NY, USA- Las Vegas, NV, USA (first and only time so far at age 35)- Northern California (best friend and his family live in Sacramento, we've done day trips to: Napa, Reno, San Francisco, Amador County)- Maui, HI, USA (60 mile bicycle ride which was my first CS experience, 2 FANTASTIC days of SCUBA diving)- San Francisco, CA, USA (Work conference, CS experience)Future Travel:- Las Vegas (12 Jan 2012 - 17 Jan 2012)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short. "All I want to do is have a little fun before I die." Just do it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm more of a drink/coffee CSer at this point, but look forward to planning a trip (probably fall 2012) where all I do is couchsurf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've gone for a bike ride with a CSer in Maui. Met another, in
San Francisco, for dinner, twice. And, couchsurfed, in Delaware, once.
All have been great experiences. I look forward to more.

New Zealand was absolutely AMAZING. I can't wait to go back to see it through my adult eyes, but the 13 year old me was mesmerized.
