ABOUT ME

I love the earth and wish to live sustainably within earths naturally renewing cycles. I love outdoor adventure and vegetarian food, music, dancing and my kids and family and celebrating and conferences and research. I study women's spirituality and believe in body wisdom. I practice and teach yoga and aspire to live a yogic lifestyle in communion with the habitat. Craniosacral therapy is my new massage modality and it wows me and I am still learning more and yoga therapy is the particular lineage I situate myself wihtin in the yoga community

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been hosting couchsurfers for about a year now and really enjoy meeting everyone and hearing about their adventures. It inspires me to make some dreams come true as well and follow in their foot steps.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I first heard about couchsurfing from a Dutch girl I met at a youth hostel in Morelia Mexico. Then my neighbor started hosting couchsurfers at his place and I always invited him to bring them for dinner and jam sessions. We always loved meeting the travelers so I joined and last summer our first surfers started arriving. I am very happy with our couchsurfing community.
