We enjoy travel; discovering new places as well as returning to favorites. Our free time is spent exploring the outdoors as well hanging out at home. When playing outside we do many activities including hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering and backpacking. At home we enjoy gardening, making beer, riding bikes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have an open bed so it made sense to offer it up to other travelers. We have only used CS as travelers twice but it was a great experience and will do it again soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Host: A handful of great people traveling through Portland. So far so good.

Traveler: Chicago in '09, Quito in '11 and currently 10/2015-06/2016) traveling through Central and South America. We have also participated in Servas (servas.org if you have not heard of it)
