About Me
Moving to Melbourne, Australia back in 2006 what a journey it has been so far! So many challenges, opportunities, friends and travels to unexpected destinations!
I work as a Business Analyst (IT) in a Bank and also run a side business, building websites and apps for local businesses which is my passion.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing to me is a new concept, although I heard about it quite a few years ago. At that time I didn't explored it much as this idea was still new.
I want to explore opportunities to make new friends to share good times and being more . I figured couchsurfing might allow more opportunities to meet more interesting people and make new friends.
so here i am...
Interests
I am an easy going fella who apart from technology has most of the common interests like eating out, exploring new food/restaurants and activities. I do love watching movies, exploring new places, driving, playing chess, pool and snooker.

Music, Movies, and Books
I recently watch Homeland and The Walking Dead, god I love these shows :D The music taste has varied over the years and I could listen to just about anything mainstream. Books are something that I haven't read many, apart from the IT books but I do like to visit Amazon every now and then to see what is out there. Back in the day, I was heavily into reading fiction especially the work of Jeffery Archer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2010, I quit my job to be with my girlfriend in the United States. I am entrepreneurial by nature so I took this opportunity to freelance and learn new skills which I am proud of!
It afforded me various opportunities to travel and live in places I never thought possible or haven't even heard of before.
Even though we are no longer together and I am in Australia working full time in a job, I still keep my entrepreneurial side alive by doing side tech projects.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a spacious room with it's own balcony. My cousin used to live with me until 3 months ago and he moved out after getting married (damn why is everyone in a rush to get married ;-) so the room is unoccupied for past few months.
I do plan to put a sofa bed in there, but haven't felt the need to do so yet. The rest of the house is well furnished with new couch and coffee table and everything that a regular household has.
