Overview
About Me
I'm very easy to get along with, I like to be open and honest with people, and I enjoy a good conversation. I think we can learn from everyone and that we should try and reach each other even when it seems we're far.
I served 3 years in the Israeli army as a combatant in a bomb defuse unit and it was probably the most significant experience in my life so far. It's been a while already since I got discharged and I don't really think about it much but it clearly changed me in many aspects and I'm thankful for that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like traveling. I think that couch-surfing can show us a different way to travel, meet and hang out with local people and learn about the place and its culture by having more unusual experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
I mostly like rock music and everything related to it but I can dig into many other genres as well. My favorite rock genre is classic rock such as Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Eric Clapton and thousand more artists. Lyrics are very important to me.
My favorite movies are Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Shawshank Redemption. Tarantino and Nolan are my favorite directors.
My favorite book is the series of A Song of Ice and Fire.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled 8 months through most of South America from south to north. I saw amazing sunrises while trekking in Patagonia, had crazy time in the carnival in Brazil, swam with pink dolphins in the Bolivian jungles, saw my life passing in front of me after falling from the raft in the Apurimac River In Peru (okay, maybe I'm exaggerating but it was scary as hell), and dived in the Caribbean waters of north Colombia. Somehow, it's all tagged as one experience for me, this insane trip to South America.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to make decisions with my heart\stomach or whatever you wanna call it. I believe that if you're able to hear this inner voice, then it's the right one. The problem is it's not always that easy to hear it and it requires a lot of work. I believe in that work and I believe that honesty and vulnerability with people gets us closer not only to understanding others but also to understanding ourselves.
