I went to Thaïland one year to organise a national contest.
ALso i did i road and treeking trip in USA, at the national park of Nevada, etc. (Grand Canyon, Zion park, Brice Canyon)

I pratice hatta yoga and ashtanga yoag.
I did a training session then i can teach yoga.
