ABOUT ME

I live in Copenhagen in a shared apartment
with one other girl. I work for the City of Copenhagen, as a social worker/counselor. I finished my studies in International Social Work Jan 09.
Besides working I volunteer for a danish organization that does phone counseling to prevent suicide.

I enjoy traveling, but I am not a great backpacker. When going abroad for longer periods of time, mostly I have enjoyed staying in one specific area/city, getting a job, getting to know people and exploring daily life in places that I didn't know beforehand. Besides, I have done a lot of traveling as an ordinary seaman working on deck on tall ships.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no official couch surfing experiences through this site yet. But a guy that I used to live with hosted people with us from time to time, so I know what it is all about. Besides I have a great network of friends that has sometimes helped me in doing some "unofficial" couchsurfing. I really like this way of meeting people.
