About Me

Pretty much your usual college student; trying my hand at exploring, slowly making my way through life. I traveled a lot when I was younger because of my parents. I actually grew up in Spain, but moved to the US when I was 8. I'd like to think that I'm very open-minded. I grew up in a liberal setting, and am pretty accepting of anyone :)

I'd like to do more exploring, however I am busy with classes and work. Hoping to travel more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people and make connections! Its a completely different experience than if you stayed at a hotel.

Plus- lets be real as a college student this can be much more accommodating to my budget :)

Interests

I love pretty much anything that has to do with exploring and adventure. I was never to sporty, but I love rowing and gymnastics, as well as mountain climbing and hiking. I spend my free time (which I have very little of, sadly) reading.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll read just about anything. Currently reading a play about eggs in French for class, while a pile of good books sit on my desk..c'est la vie.

As for movies: I can appreciate any genre, but my favorite are horror and documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As I said before, I traveled a lot when I was younger. I've lived and visited places all over the world! I've seen amazing things; ranging from man-made architecture to natural landforms.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think we can all learn something from each other. I have a lot to share; about my travels, my life, things I've learned along the way. But I also love to learn from others; it is a unique experience to be able to hear directly from another person about their life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories of all sorts, knowledge...but if you prefer something tangible: food or some cool thing from WI such as cheese or beer....

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Panama, Portugal, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates

Countries I’ve Lived In
