My favorite author who helped me get through difficulties in my life is Ervin D.Yalom, If you are interested in exploring topics like existentialism, psychology, and the human condition, I believe that Yalom's books could be a valuable and thought-provoking read.
I highly recommend you to check his books.

I've always found that the little things can make a big impact on someone's day, and I feel amazing when I can make someone I care about happy, especially when they are in distress. So in general it shouldn’t be something very huge to consider it as an amazing thing!
