ABOUT ME

My name is Amanda, I'm nineteen years old and live in Sweden. This year I'll take my graduation and I feel fine to take one year off and go travel and maybe I find some motivation for studies.
In October I'll start my adventure to Australia! To meet new people, new cultures and discover new places makes me feel alive and after twelve years of studies I really want to feel alive for a while.
On my spare time music is one of my biggest hobbies, mostly I listen to indierock with bands such as:
Libertines (UK), Mando Diao (SE), City and Colour (US), Noah and the Whale (UK), Florence + the Machine (UK), Goodlooking Trash (SE), Shout Out Louds (SE), Phoenix (FR), Kooks (UK), Band of Horses (US). To spend the summer at festivals with friends or on a concert is one of the best things in the entire world! I also write a lot like short stories. Or just have a cup of coffee in the sun!

PHILOSOPHY

I'm sick of doing thing that I'm ought to do. I really need a break and do something different (like participate this and write a lot in English even if I not wanna know how many errors I do, at least I try . woho.) My philosophy is that everything is possible and it's no need to worry.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really want to share my life with like-minded people and I think this is a good way. This also makes people reduce their preconceptions and meet new cultures. I am not afraid to try new things which is a bit frightening from start, you can always learn someting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never had any couchsurfing experience but I really like this idea and want to be a part of it!

Interests

Music. My friends. Travel. Make crazy things when you shouldn't. Drink a lot of coffee in the middle of the night. Cooking and baking is also a big interest!

Music, Movies, and Books

Damn, I've already done the music.

Movies? Frech movies like Paris and Amèlie de Montmartre. I also like Vicky Christina Barcelona, Lost in Translation. Virgin Suicides is a good one!

Books? Mostly easy ones, I think it's called chic-lit.
