Overview
About Me
I am a Russian immigrant living in US for the past 18 years. I love outdoors and spend most of my time white water kayaking, rafting and SUPing and skiing and hiking when it is cold.
I recently moved from Boston MA to Asheville, NC so I can kayak year around!
I love to travel and hopefully I will have time to see the most of the world.
I love meeting people from different cultures and learn about our differences and similarities and I am so grateful to couchsurfing that made my travels so much more interesting!
Besides outdoors and travel, I love dancing salsa and made numerous attempt at learning Spanish, which I think will be my hobbie for the rest of my life, as I find the language and the culture fascinating.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet people from different cultures and very interested in learning about their experience. The only way to fight our own prejudice is by meeting others who are not like us and learn that we are so much alike.
Interests
I love being outdoors. Hiking, kayaking, biking.. Nature never stop to amaze and excite me.
I also love a good conversation. Politics, history, people, you name it. I am very interested in other people perspective.
