Hi, I used to travel all over the world when I was young and worked as a translator, frequently couchsurfing with family, friends and friends of friends, before couchsurfing was a thing. Then I got married and had four sons who are finally all enrolled in university. Now I am beginning to travel again, even considering moving back to Europe. While I am in the U.S. I am thinking about letting people couchsurf at our house and see how it goes. I have heard wonderful things about Bulgaria and hope to travel there soon. While I will not be couchsurfing there, I would love to meet up with my fellow couchsurfers while traveling!

What I Can Share With Hosts
American/Russian/Ukrainian upbringing and culture. Even though I was raised in the U.S. I did not speak English until I was 7 and lived in a self-contained Russian community called Jordanville. It was an amazing childhood.
