About Me

Spiritual. Deep. Vegan. Jewish-ish. Roses and Orange Blossom. Hope.

NVC, Esperanto, Rainbow Gathering.

Who am I? I communicate; I write fiction and have deeply studied NVC (Nonviolent Communication). I love flowers. I consider myself a deep thinker. I like nuance. I’ll look at a topic from every angle. I rarely have one-sided opinions nowadays.

Where I’m “from” doesn’t tell you much – I feel more Spanish than British, and I’d be a sephardi (Spanish-descendant) jew in an alternate-timeline Salonika (Thessaloniki) if I could choose.

I live based on (psychic) intuition, synchronicity and intention-manifestation. (Like the Law of Attraction but smarter… policing your thoughts is exhausting, but our dreams and wishes can and do change reality, especially if we learn the principles involved). I love sharing synchronicity and manifestation stories. Want to share one of yours?

I also have very cool meaningful dreams sometimes including ones where I’m directly given messages by spirit guides – no interpretation needed :)

Spirituality and self healing has been the focus of my life. I really needed it. I think now I’m probably easier to be around than the average person, but it wasn’t always that way.

I’ve done a lot of New Age and Nondual Stuff (e.g. the Power of Now) in my life. I don’t disown that but it’s less of my focus, I’m a very “been there, done that” hippie. I am currently exploring how Jewish ritual can serve as a portal into Spirit. (On being a hippie: I love the rainbow gathering! I don’t “drink the Kool-Aid” but despite all its flaws, I still adore it).

I love to cook (vegan) and imagine writing a cookbook and/or creating a restaurant based on an idealised version of what the sephardis ate historically (the slogan: eat more flowers!).

I can share my fiction writing with you if you like. It's generally some flavour of fantasy-comedy, and I find the new Cozy genre interesting. I like to explore utopias and to offer a message of hope. I'm serious about writing, I want to be a published author. I've also done stand up comedy and want to do more of it.

NVC has been a big part of my healing process and I find it important to be able to talk about feelings in a relationship. Sometimes we just need to be heard without being “fixed”.

Through a long, rigorous process of investigation I decided to accept that, in my last incarnation, I died in the holocaust. This is something I need anyone who wants to know the real me to get their head around.

The holocaust, as you might expect, messed me up. That's why my whole life has been about healing, and coming to understand WHY I need to heal has been a big relief. In one thing I feel normal: from all the books I’ve read on reincarnation, it seems this is probably the most common past life experience people come to remember. It’s the one thing not even death can make you forget.

I believe in my last incarnation I was from Salonika/Thessaloniki. That’s why I’m visiting, perhaps will live here a while; I’m exploring who I am – I see myself reflected here a lot. (Why Athens and not Thessaloniki? Well, I’m here based on my intuition, so I can only guess). A bit Spanish, a bit Greek and very Jewish; that’s how I feel. If you asked me where I’m from, hoping to know me better – then the best answer is, I’m from Salonika. (But I was born in England this time, and partly grew up in Spain).
