Overview
About Me
Currently living in Lille for a semestre of Erasmus. Being here I would love to explore France and the french culture. And I am curious what will happen if I step out of my comfort zone. I want to use this semestre abroad for doing something different and making it my own adventure.
So now about me: Besides doing my studies in Leipzig, the most beautiful city in Germany haha, I love discovering new places, meeting new people and getting to know their stories... Just sharing some time with some delishes food and a glass of wine. Althought I sometimes just enjoy the sweet doing nothing, I am a quite active person always eager for a hike, a walk in the evening for watching the sun set or every other possibility to get around and see the beautiful nature around us or some art and culture. I don't have a lot of Couch Surfing experience yet (better to say none), but I can't wait to meet you all, my future hosts or guests!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always enjoy life most when it's real and unfake. A hotel may be quite nice, but where are the people, where is the fun, the real talks, where are the stories made you are going to tell again and again, later on?
Maybe I can see my surrounding through the eyes of a guest and see all the Beauty.
Interests
I love sports. I do a lot of jogging and swimming, and always try to experience new stuff, as I did some sailboarding the past summer.
However going for a walk in the park or hiking in the forest is always a great thing. I recently did an Alp crossing and I fell in love with the mountains. Now I can't wait to exlore new stuff and maybe try some rock climbing!
As well as I looove cooking. And eating of course! For me the kitchen is truly a creative space for experimenting with a lots of vegan recipies and exploring the world of taste when it comes to plant based food. Maybe I can cook for us and show you the vegan tastyness. (And sorry for the cliché for mentioning it so fast haha)
This whole organic lifestyle, minimalism, yoga, organic farming and gardening is such an amazing topic for me and I would love to learn more about that.
In general I just enjoy having fun in life which goes along best with dancing. I rarely say no to a night out. Or (yes hate me) doing some karaoke.

Music, Movies, and Books
One pretty awesome writer, if you ask me, is Herman Hesse. But there are so many more good books that I can't really tell which is my favourite. I love watching movies (Watching scary movies with friends is the best!) and music is one of the life essentials. When it comes to music genre I don't really stick to one thing, I am fascinated by classic to rnb and rap, it just has to kick me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This is quite a hard question but fairly a really good one. To be personal, I assume that the greatest thing I've done so far in life is to love myself for who I am. All this conciousness topic is really interesting for me
Teach, Learn, Share
"Time is so precious, so live now." This was my motto a year ago.
Now it would be "love yourself" (in a very brief version of what to share). But this teach, lern, share- thing is so amazing, maybe we have a conversation about it in person. I would love that!
And I am curious what my motto will be, when I update my profile in the future, when I may have made some couchsurfing experiences then. Hopefully!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Unfortunatly my flat in Leipzig is to small for hosting and in Lille I live in a student residence, but if you are looking for a host in Chemnitz (my parents live there and we already had a couchsurfer with us, it was a great experience, also for them) just contact me.
